Our Lubricant additives product line up includes: ACLUBE, NEWPOL,BLEMBER, SANHIBITOR , IONET, and UTILIOL.

As a lubricant additives manufacturer, we provide various additives for lubricant functions. These products are widely used from commodity to specialty applications.

“ACLUBE” products are Polymethacrylate Polymers (PMA) which are used as Viscosity Index Improvers (VII) and Pour Point Depressants (PPD) for automotive lubricant , hydraulic lubricant, etc..

“NEWPOL”, “BLEMBER” ,”IONET” , “SANHIBITOR”, and “UTILIOL” are used for metalworking fluid (MWF) and quenching oil.

ACLUBE Vehicle Performance Additives

ACLUBE products are a unique line of performance-driven Polymethacrylate Polymers (PMA or PMMA) that include both Viscosity Index Improvers (VII) and Pour Point Depressants (PPD) for lubricating oil applications.

ACLUBE products provide the necessary viscosity stability required over the wide temperature range experienced in applications from Engine Oil, Transmission Fluid, Hydraulic fluid and other demanding applications where lubricants provide protection to critical moving parts. A wide variety of products are used by customers (Table.1 and 2).

ACLUBE Viscosity Controlling Agent

Our high quality VII provides Improvement of a lubricant’s viscometric property. Our unique monomer and proprietary monomer blends technology achieve excellent VI with excellent Shear stability (Figure.1).
PPD products are suitable for Gr1-3 oil. Our R&D team can support your determination.
We are also now focused on lubricant for Electric vehicles.

We recently developed this new product “UTILIOL GA-15P”. This product has excellent lubricity, high flash point and low foaming ability. This product can improve customer productivity and safety of working environment.

NEWPOL – Lubricant Additives Using Polyethylene glycols, Polypropylene glycols and Polyoxyethylene-Polyoxypropylene Block Polymers

NEWPOL products can be divided into three types of products, Polyethylene glycols (EO polymers), Polypropylene glycols(PO polymers) and Polyoxyethylene-Polyoxypropylene Block Polymers (Table1). We have a huge line up of these products, and our R&D team can advise on suitable products for your application. We provide water-soluble to non water-soluble types of products.

NEWPOL series have a wide variety of viscosity grades that provide good lubricity and high viscosity index(VI).

Gear Oil, Hydraulic Fluids, Water-soluble Cutting Oil, Lubricant Oil for Textile Industries,

BLEMBER – Surfactants for Water Based Metalworking Fluids

“BLEMBER” series are based on polyester and designed as surfactants for water based MWF. An Aqueous solution of these products has good lubricity (Figure.1 and 2), low foaming properties(Figure.3) and good separability with oil.

We have three products in this series:

SANHIBITOR – Metalworking Fluids Corrosion Inhibitor Additives Products

SANHIBITOR products are organic rust inhibitors which prevent the generation of rust by forming lubricating films on metal surfaces(Figure.1), and are classified into two types, the water-soluble (including water dispersible type) and the oil-soluble (Table.1). Water-soluble type products can be used for rust prevention of metal surfaces following dilution with water, or for corrosion inhibition of metal parts through their addition in coolant, metal working oil, etc.

Moreover, oil-soluble type products are generally added to lubricating oil (engine oil, turbine oil,

lubricating oil for sliding surfaces, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc.), fuel oil (gasoline, gas oil, etc.) or metal working oil (cutting oil, drawing oil, rolling oil, press forming oil, etc.) as rust inhibitors for metal parts

Excebiol – Environmental friendly lubricant

Excebiol is our new environmental friendly PAG type lubricant base material. Not only does this product have excellent lubricity as a lubricant, but also this product has good water solubility and excellent biodegrability. If it is leaked in the environment, this lubricant do not make oil film and decomposed. We have several viscosity grade of products for this series.

To use this feature, this product is used for various field with contact with the outside environment, such as chainsaw oil, lubricant for marine vessel, construction equipment, agriculture field, water power, and etc..
